Service

ShipCue monitors eligible Shopify paid orders for fulfillment delays using your selected threshold. It provides a dashboard and optional merchant email alerts, digest and order tagging. It does not fulfill orders, contact your customers or guarantee delivery of goods. Payment times imported from historical orders are approximations where Shopify does not expose an exact transition time. Shopify/provider outages or revoked permissions can delay monitoring and notifications.

Plans and payment

Free includes 20 newly monitored orders per calendar month; Basic costs USD 4.99 per 30 days for 500; Pro costs USD 9.99 per 30 days for 5,000. Applicable taxes and prorated adjustments are displayed by Shopify. Paid features require approval through Shopify Billing. Limits are enforced without metered overage charges. Existing monitored orders remain visible when a limit is reached. You can change plans or cancel through the app. Uninstalling stops the service; Shopify controls subscription billing lifecycle. Your responsibilities

Provide an accurate notification address, configure thresholds appropriate for your operations and keep the necessary Shopify permissions active. You remain responsible for fulfillment and communications with your customers. Do not use the service unlawfully or attempt unauthorized access. Protect your Shopify account.

Availability, termination and data

We may maintain or update the service and suspend misuse. Uninstallation stops new work and initiates the deletion process described in the privacy policy.
